C.E.R.T is structured on 3 main departments: Projects, Networking and Resources and Training.

Our members have years  of experience in the domain of youth work and european cooperation in the field of education.

They have ben involved in youth exchanges, Training courses and  different programs in education for rural youth and people with fewer opportunities such as Roma , blind people and prisoners.

We also host and organized ouselves many projects, street campaigns, media campaings and participated as partners in programs and informative caravans at national level.

Our association aims and activities include:

• creating informative materials for young people and the local community;
• organizing training courses, seminars, conferences, public debates, social events and public opinion awareness campaigns;
• implementing national and European educational partnerships,
• supporting social assistance activities in rural areas
• informing and promoting the human rights;
• raising awareness upon the democratic principles such as: equality, dignity, freedom.
• ecological and environmental protection activities;
• volunteering in social work;
• protecting human rights and the rights of children, especially in rural areas;
• empowering young people from rural areas;
• supporting young people with educational and economic difficulties.

Periodically we hold meetings with local rural youth. Everybody is welcome to join and over the course of time more and more kids were interesting in our activities. During those meeting we try to focus on their personal development and pass to them knowledge that we think will prove useful in the future.We teach them English, basic computer skills, handcrafting,we play games that improve their thinking and problem solving,we try to promote equality and teamwork , but most importantly we try to make everything fun and entertaining

Over the course of the past year we held open debates about discrimination with rural youth from three Communes from Dolj County: Giubega, Galiciuica, Câmpeni.

The name of the project was  Participarea publică antidiscriminare a tinerilor din comunitățile rurale / Public participation against discriminations towards rural youth “and our aim was to personally develop the rural youth and the rural communities through the active participation of  said rural youth”.
