How to arrive from Airport to Hotel?

From the airport you can take public bus 72 (bus stop is located in front of departures) to bus stop called Studentski grad (21 bus stops from the airport). From this bus stop you have 200 m to hotel. (See the map).

You can buy ticket from the driver. Price of the ticket is 150 RSD (1, 2 euro) Please look down for more information about ticketing in public transport. Please exchange some EUR to RSD in arrival hole of the airport on right hand side after Customs check point.

How to arrive from Bus and Train station to Hotel?

From Train and Bus station to Zeleni Venac you have 5 minutes by foot.

From Zeleni Venac you can take buses number 72, 75 and 77 to hotel. (You have 8 bus stops to the hotel bus stop called Studentska).

Tickets for public bus in Belgrade

Cheaper tickets are sold in almost each shop. Buy one top-up “Bus plus” and top-up it with enough money. Ticket is 89 RSD and it lasts for 90 min. so you will be able to arrive from airport or bus/train station to the venue with one ticket. You can also buy ticket from the driver and price is 150 RSD (1.2 euro)

Visa informations

Citizens of EU member states and ex-YU states can enter Serbia with valid ID card. Citizens of Turkey need valid passports, but visa is not needed.

General Travel Information

The organisers will reimburse of your travel costs from your home city to Belgrade. Organisers will reimburse 100% of eligible travel costs up to the limit. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full attendance in the training programme and presentation of the original tickets with boarding passes and receipt/invoices. Missing tickets will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt/invoice.

! Note: Please DO NOT BUY any tickets before approval of the organisers!!!

Following the guide lines of the Erasmus + programme the travel back must be realized by the participants on direct way within maximum 2 days. In case of longer stays or indirect travelling (holiday travel etc.) there is no chance of reimbursement of travel costs.

Please note if you bought your ticket in your local currency which might be different than EUR, we will calculate your travel costs according to the exchange rates from official European Commission web-site for the month of ticket purchase: http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/index.cfm?Language=en

Limit for participants from Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia and Macedonia is 180 euro.

Limit for participants from Bulgaria, Belgium, Italy, Poland and Turkey is 275 euro.

Other information’s

Preparation for intercultural evening:

  • There will an Intercultural evening on 2nd evening. Participants are expected to create interesting, interactive and creative intercultural evening with goal to fight prejudices and stereotipes about their country/community/culture.
  •  Be aware that there are no kitchen facilities available (don’t bring food that requires cooking)
  • Bring food, drink, promotional materials and whatever else you want to present

BRING:

The local currency is the Dinar (RSD). 1 EUR = 120.00 RSD

Payment in EUR is possible somewhere, but it is illegal. Exchange office can be found everywhere, but please do not change large amounts of money in exchange offices at the airport and train/bus station, because exchange rate can be low.
